2.1.3 设备及日志信息：用户使用平台服务时，平台将自动收集设备型号、操作系统、IP 地址、登录时间、操作记录等信息（无需用户手动提供），用于平台系统优化、安全防护、故障排查，保障服务稳定。

2.1.4 位置信息：

平台在提供城际出行服务过程中，会收集用户的实时地理位置信息、行程轨迹信息、出发地与目的地信息。

位置信息属于提供出行服务必需信息，如用户拒绝授权，将无法正常使用叫车、派单、导航等核心服务。

2.3.4 安全防护：防范账号被盗、诈骗、违规操作等风险，通过位置信息保障行程安全，处理异常行程与紧急求助，排查系统故障，保障平台及用户信息安全；

2.3.5 售后维权：处理用户咨询、投诉、纠纷，核实用户身份，依据行程轨迹与位置记录核查纠纷事实，反馈处理结果，保障用户合法权益；

2.3.6 合规要求：按照相关法律法规及监管部门要求，留存用户个人信息，配合监管检查、调查取证等工作。

2.4 使用限制：平台不得超出上述使用目的使用用户个人信息，若需将用户个人信息用于其他用途，需提前获得用户书面同意。

5.4 សិទ្ធិក្នុងការដកការយល់ព្រម

អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់មានសិទ្ធិដកការយល់ព្រមដែលបានផ្តល់ឱ្យវេទិកាក្នុងការប្រមូល ប្រើប្រាស់ ឬចែករំលែកព័ត៌មានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់ខ្លួន រួមទាំងព័ត៌មានទីតាំង។

បន្ទាប់ពីការដកការយល់ព្រម វេទិកានឹងបញ្ឈប់ការប្រមូល ការប្រើប្រាស់ ឬការចែករំលែកព័ត៌មានដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ។

ការដកការយល់ព្រមនឹងមិនប៉ះពាល់ដល់សុពលភាពនៃការដំណើរការព័ត៌មានដែលបានអនុវត្តមុនពេលការដកការយល់ព្រមនោះទេ។

អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ក៏អាចបិទសិទ្ធិប្រើប្រាស់ទីតាំង (Location Permission) តាមរយៈការកំណត់របស់ឧបករណ៍។ ទោះជាយ៉ាងណា ការបិទសិទ្ធិនេះនឹងធ្វើឱ្យមិនអាចប្រើមុខងារសំខាន់ៗរបស់វេទិកា ដូចជា ការហៅរថយន្ត ការចាត់ចែងអ្នកបើកបរ និងការណែនាំផ្លូវបានឡើយ។

5.5 សិទ្ធិក្នុងការដាក់ពាក្យបណ្តឹង

ប្រសិនបើអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ជឿថា វេទិកាបានប្រមូល ប្រើប្រាស់ បង្ហាញ ឬដំណើរការព័ត៌មានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់ខ្លួន (រួមទាំងព័ត៌មានទីតាំង) ដោយមិនស្របច្បាប់ អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់មានសិទ្ធិដាក់ពាក្យបណ្តឹងទៅកាន់វេទិកា។

វេទិកានឹងស៊ើបអង្កេតបណ្តឹងនោះដោយឆាប់រហ័ស និងជូនដំណឹងអំពីលទ្ធផលដល់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់។

ប្រសិនបើអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់មិនពេញចិត្តនឹងលទ្ធផល អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់អាចដាក់ពាក្យបណ្តឹងទៅអាជ្ញាធរមានសមត្ថកិច្ច។

6.1 ការធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពគោលនយោបាយ

វេទិកាអាចកែប្រែ ឬធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពគោលការណ៍ឯកជនភាពនេះ ពីពេលមួយទៅពេលមួយ ដោយផ្អែកលើ៖

គោលការណ៍ដែលបានធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពនឹងត្រូវប្រកាសនៅទីតាំងដែលងាយស្រួលមើលនៅលើវេទិកា ហើយនឹងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពបន្ទាប់ពីផុតកំណត់រយៈពេលប្រកាស។

ការបន្តប្រើប្រាស់សេវាកម្មរបស់វេទិកា បន្ទាប់ពីគោលការណ៍ថ្មីមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព នឹងត្រូវចាត់ទុកថា អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់បានយល់ព្រមទទួលយកគោលនយោបាយដែលបានធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាព។

6.2 ការពារអនីតិជន

អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ដែលមានអាយុក្រោម 18 ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវប្រើប្រាស់សេវាកម្មរបស់វេទិកា ក្រោមការអមដំណើររបស់អាណាព្យាបាលស្របច្បាប់។

អាណាព្យាបាលត្រូវជួយអនីតិជនក្នុងការការពារព័ត៌មានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់ពួកគេ។

វេទិកាមិនមានបំណងប្រមូលព័ត៌មានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់អនីតិជនឡើយ។

ប្រសិនបើវេទិការកឃើញថាអនីតិជនបានប្រើប្រាស់សេវាកម្មដោយគ្មានការយល់ព្រមចាំបាច់ វេទិកានឹងជូនដំណឹងដល់អាណាព្យាបាល និងលុបព័ត៌មានដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធភ្លាមៗ លើកលែងតែច្បាប់តម្រូវឱ្យរក្សាទុក។

6.3 ព័ត៌មានទំនាក់ទំនង

ប្រសិនបើអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់មានសំណួរ មតិយោបល់ ឬបណ្តឹងទាក់ទងនឹងគោលនយោបាយឯកជនភាពនេះ ឬការដំណើរការព័ត៌មានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់វេទិកា អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់អាចទាក់ទងវេទិកាតាមរយៈបណ្តាញសេវាកម្មអតិថិជនផ្លូវការ រួមមាន៖

វេទិកានឹងឆ្លើយតប និងដោះស្រាយសំណើទាំងនេះក្នុងរយៈពេលសមស្រប។

6.4 បទប្បញ្ញត្តិទូទៅ

រាល់បញ្ហាដែលមិនមានចែងក្នុងគោលការណ៍ឯកជនភាពនេះ នឹងត្រូវអនុវត្តតាម ច្បាប់ការពារព័ត៌មានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួននៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន, ច្បាប់សន្តិសុខបណ្តាញនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន និងច្បាប់ និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងទៀត។
